I. Warranty conditions

All the goods that are available at the e-shop district.bg, on behalf of Sport Depoт S.A., have a 2 [two] year warranty.

(Article 119) The commercial warranty of all the products of Sport Depot JSC does not affect the rights of the consumers arising from Art. 121-Art.115 and regardless of the commercial warranty Sport Depot JSC is responsible for the lack of conformity of the customers goods with the contract for sale under Art. 121-Art.115:

In case of discrepancy of consumer goods with the sales contract, the consumer is entitled to make a claim by requiring the seller to bring the goods into conformity with the sales contract. In this case, the consumer can choose between repairing the goods or replacing them with a new, unless this is impossible or the way of compensation chosen by him is disproportionate to the other

It is considered that a remedy for the consumer is disproportionate if its use imposes costs on the seller which are unreasonable in comparison with the other remedy, taking into account:
1. the value of the consumer goods if there was no lack of discrepancy;
2. the significance of the non-compliance;
3. the ability to offer the consumer another form of compensation that is not associated with significant inconvenience to the consumer.

When the consumer product does not comply with the sales contract, the seller shall be required to make it comply with the sales contract within 30 days of the consumer's making the claim.
Upon expiry of this period, the customer is entitled to claim reimbursement of the amount he has paid or to demand a reduction in the price of consumer goods.

Aligning consumer goods with the sales contract is free of charge for the customer. He does not owe any costs for shipping the customer goods or materials and labor related to the repair, and should not suffer any significant inconvenience.

The customer may also claim damages for the harm suffered as a result of non-compliance.

When the customer is not satisfied with bringing the consumer goods into a sales contract, he has the choice between one of the following options:
1. refund of the amount paid by him / her;
2. reduction of the price;

The customer can not claim recovery of the amount paid or to reduce the price of the goods when the trader agrees to replace the consumer goods with a new one or to repair the goods within one month from the consumer's claim.

Sport Depot JSC is obliged to satisfy a request for termination of the contract and to refund the amount paid by the consumer when after having satisfied three complaints to the consumer by repairing the same product within 2 years there is a subsequent appearance of the inconsistency of the goods with the sales contract.

The consumer can not claim to terminate the contract if the discrepancy of the consumer goods with the contract is insignificant.

The consumer may claim discrepancy of the goods with the agreed within 2 years from the purchase of the goods.

II. Return of goods 14 days

The customer has the right to cancel his purchase, made by the internet store of Sport Depot JSC within 14 days as of the receipt of the purchased goods. Upon customer's request, the product may be replaced by another item, size or refund of the amount paid, including the cost of delivery. In order to use its right of denial, the user may use the standard withdrawal form of Sport Depot JSC.
The courier charges for the return of the goods are covered by the consumer.

III. Claims

The consumer may present a claim in any of the stores of Sport Depot JSC upon provision of a purchased document.

Once the claim for claim has been processed by Sport Depot JSC and verifying that the warranty actually covers this item, it will be repaired, replaced or refundable under these terms.

Sport Depot JSC reserves the right not to settle claims that have been found to be out of the scope of the legal warranty after processing. The respective ones will be returned to the client at the expense of Sport Depot JSC with a statement of objection.
